As I mentioned earlier, one of our 22″ Mitsubishi’s is playing up so after looking at the options I have settled on a Dell Ultrasharp 2408WFP 24″ Widescreen Flat Panel monitor.

Years of being in change of trade purchasing honed me into a cheeky begger to say the least, my shameless philosophy being that if you don’t ask, you don’t get. Anyhow, Overclockers.co.uk charge just £411 for this, including VAT. Bearing in mind Dell supply Overclockers with these – Dell charge £563 for the same model. So, I asked for – and got a price match.
Well close so it. Dell offered me £422 including delivery – but can’t supply until September 12th. Overclockers are £411 plus delivery, but can have it here tomorrow, today if I drove up there.
So, there you go, you can haggle and save yourself loads on a like for like deal, if you try.
