This will be moved to a far, far larger database as some as I have the time to spare!
|
| CASES | |
| [Δ] | |
| A-Top Technology | Very nice range, includes lit aluminium towers with clear panels. Certainly worth a look |
| Addtronics | Fairly standard range, but extra marks for in-depth details on the models. |
| Ahanix | Nice. Water cooling options too. |
| AMS | Rack mount and server class too |
| Amstrade | Another standard range, including rack cabinets and transparent options |
| Antec | Antec
Personally, I couldn't take less how a case looks and I don't personally hold with all the glowing fans and swimming fish, functionality is the dream. Study, easy to upgrade and unobtrusive. Employing their own near silent TruePower PSU's I stood in awe of a Sonata case on display. It was whisper quiet, even with my ear to the side... It was running with a Nvidia GeForce Fx at half throttle - and I couldn't hear it! Nuff said! I'm ordering some! |
| APEX | Appear cheap and cheerful |
| Axxion | More a supplier to OEM |
| California PC | Heavy Duty All Steel Construction cases, including Rack Mount Chassis and Vertical Rack Cabinets |
| CasEdge | ... |
| Casetek | Fairly popular with UK wholesalers. Cases are nicely detailed on their site. |
| Chenming | ... |
| Chieftec | I used these a lot when I was a "box shifter". Reliable. |
| Codegen | Some really nice cases. Certainly worth the time to look over their range. |
| ColorCases |
I was going to miss these guys as they are really just a distie for cases but they have the coolest case for kids and cat lovers: Kitty In Europe they are found in Spain as FashionPC's though I've yet to find who actually designs Kitty. Maybe it's themselves. |
| CompuCase | Solid and reliable cases if I recall. |
| Coolermaster | As in Coolermaster fans. Nuff said. Go take a look. In life they are better than the web site images portray... |
| Crown Joy | If the web site of this Honk Kong company is anything to go by, I wouldn't bother! |
| Enclosure Technologies | Gone? www.etiworld.com yields a broken link |
| Enermax | Their PSU's are about the best in the world (though I think Antec pulls ahead slighly) and their cases are equally well made. My local supplier stocked the Rainbow range and these are both elegant and economically priced for the quality. The aluminium range with the sloping, diagonal front are different though. Definitely worth a look. |
| Enlight | The cases are OK. They are however, working on BTX cases, so kudos to them! Glad they finally updated the website though! |
| Ever Choice | ... |
| Evergreat | ... |
| Evercase | Appear OK, with care taken to avoid sharp edges. Standard stock |
| Fong Kai | Fong Kai Industrial Co. "A world leader in chassis design" Never made me raise an eyebrow. |
| GlobalWin | These are far better known for CPU fans and only actually have one case design, albeit rather nice. No doubt they will increase the range so they deserve to stay |
| Hansan Systems | Ugly website and the cases look suspiciously like the Enermax models. |
| Hungtech | Ugly use of javascript effects. Blah! Cases look cheap and cheerful. They seem bigger on the OEM case design and mfr side |
| Image & Shapetek | One for OEM's |
| Interlogic Industries | Rack mount only |
| InWin | ... |
| Lian LI | A fabulous range of customisable aluminium cases. You can even add a fish tank side panel! The PC-70 is particularly nice. |
| Kingspao | Cheap and cheerful range. They make PSU's too I hate the flashing animated rainbow gifs on the site though. Blah! |
| MaCase | Represented in the UK by Master Enterprise UK I've known these guys here's and they are certainly worth a look. Both web sites need a design though... |
| Mangen China Corp. | Also found as Lander Technology Look low end |
| Nikao | Products include clear and blue transparent cases, nice for resellers (om modders) wanting to display a system build. The components even come with a pair of white cotton gloves. Amazing! |
| Palo Alto Products | Apparently their cases and designs "are used by companies like DELL, NEC, Gateway and numerous other A-Labels in the market." |
| PC Power Cooling | ... |
| PCI Case | "PCI Case supply a wide range of PC case to suit the needs of most machines. Products range from slimline to supertower cases." (Also Rack mounts and NAS etc). UK based too |
| ProCase | A wide range of cases and chassis with prices to suit all. Distributed in Europe by High Green International B.V UK dealers and VAR's can source them from Morex+ |
| Rackmaster Systems | As the name suggests, these make computer chassises, notably the fault tolerant variety. |
| Skyhawk | Worthy low end to mid range cases |
| SuperMicro | You can't knock their server cases though, they are built to last. I use the sc750 full tower chassis myself. It's replacement is even nicer. Rock solid, they weigh a tonne. |
Thermaltake |
Thermaltake's cases are stylish and reassuringly expensive and a firm favourite with overclockers. Seriously worth a look over! |
| Tsunami | Better known for speakers etc, they turn out a decent budget case too |
| Sliger | Custom chasiis and rack designs. |
| Starcase | Off the main road and way way down that dirt track but I thought I'd include them anyway. These does actually make system cases, they make cases for systems. Need a sturdy cases to ship your rack mount system or heavily modded tower case overseas? These are the guys to see. Ditto for the likes of bomb proof laptop cases and even aluminium technicians. They do make rack mounts too. |
| Super Power | Super Power was a broken link last I tried |
| Sunus Suntek | Over the years I used more of their cases than I care to count, especially the Amber range, and they are still going strong. Popular with a number of wholesalers too.
Available in lots of pastel shades too! |
| Topower | Look cheap and cheerful |
| Yeong Yang | They get a little star for making me smile with the "Thermally-Advantaged Chassis".
Good range of high end server and rack mount products |

Thermaltake
