For me, the worst offenders of 2002 included:

While the likes of Spam from 'AOL' either had I forged headers or were from people abusing the free trials or compromised systems makes no difference to me. If I see a thousand unpleasant messages from a domain, they are getting blocked. Most of these below though are blatent Spammers, regardless of whether they hide hide behind a veil of 'eMarketing'
