This page really needs an update!
The manufactors page has links to all the vendors you are likely to look for and, somewhere (*cough*) I've another page of driver websites for obsolete devices. Sadly you need to pay to access most of these now.

Help Drivers - This gets a noteable mention because it is a Spanish site that takes the trouble to translate into English, German and French (detects appropriate language via browser)
