Of the most useful ones, Explosions, Magics Blocking, Mirror Eyes and Protection from Magic can be bought at High Hedge

*** SPELL SCROLLS ***

I'll not list the cleric/protection scrools and level 1 & 2 mage spells as there's a long list and most can be found or bought from various Inns, Temples and Mages. BG Town is littered with them, as is Candlekeep (Chapter 6). I've put a lot of them on the TIPS page, area by area however.

Of my favourite lower level spells, Melf's Acid Arrow can be found at level 4 of the Mines near Cloakwood, Stinking Cloud and Agannazars Scorcher are in the Bandit's camp. The latter is also on the Thay mages in AR3000.

The (rather expensive) Protection from Magic may be had in a number of area's including AR3100 and AR5500 - if you ask nicely.
