I will fill this out another day, perhaps expanding it as needed. The sleep one is my bugbear and I've a lifelong history of insomnia, or more precisely, difficulty sleeping at night. Once I've dozed off, that's me out like a light. I really am not a 'morning person'.

But - and it's a big but - I am completely different when I'm in Canada. My personally body clock, which I think every one has, is set towards British Columbia's Pacific Standard Time. (PST = GMT-8).  I am literally a different person there. I get up early, go to get before midnight, I've far more energy…
