As LeviGarrett points out in his thread, the prices for these are all over the place and as such there is no reliable market. I have suggested to NCSoft / GuildWars that [Weapon Traders] buy and sell upgrades in the same manner as rune traders…

Anyway, for a 20% +1 wrapping the value is anywhere between 5k and 100k or more. As a rough guide, Necromancers are the most valuable - for Minion Masters, Curse and Blood, in that order. Monks will pay a lot for them particularly Healing upgrades. Fire upgrades attract a premium with Echo Nuker mages. The rest are a complete unknown!
