« Prime Minister Tony Blair's legacy to the UK»
Done over by the smiling assassin!
My views… (May 12th, 2007)
Just from a lay point of view, I'd say Tony Blair wrapped himself in a media feed coccoon and, blind to reality, systematically destroyed everything good about the UK, coincidentally setting himself, his wife and all his cronies up for life.
Family value is largely meaningless, the law and legal system hoobled and castrated with red tape and 'political correctness' gone insane.
Genuine example:
Is that what they teach you on the blackboard at school now?
Awww, you can't say that, that's racist, you have to call it a whiteboard now.
Excuse me!? Really...
The NHS, for all the billions thrown at it, is a shambles. There's more administrators than medical staff and cleaning/support staff and I won't even comment and the scandal of the billions lost of failed IT projects.
Gross exaggeration, but not that gross:
Before Blair:
Young couple go out, enjoy a meal, come home and relax.
After 10 years of this man:
Single mum (living in a council house, naturally) goes out of the town, starting the evening loitering outside the town hall with her hoodie friends, get hospitalised after falling over, blind drunk after staying in the 'open all night' bar. She is eventually seen by a junior doctor - 22 hours into a shift. Her fractured ankle is strapped up, but now before the graze on her knee gets infected with MRSA. Her parents, returning home from visiting her, find a pair of drug addicts burgling their home. A struggle ensues and one of the lout hurts himself while threatening the man with an infected needle. The police come, arrest the man for assault and let the kids off with a warning.
All made up? Really, read the local and national (English) papers any day of the week and tell you can't find all the elements of that tale! I'm not sure of the number of drug addicts in our town, but I know one thing - you can go into any chemist in town, at any time of day, any day of the week, and you will see one, usually 2 or 3 junkies getting their methadone fix. Yet you try and get an appointment with your GP.
But it's all right, Gordon Brown is coming to replace him, suitable humble after a kicking in the local elections. The same associate that, with the rest of Labour, allowed Blair to make England a laughing stock, the same Gordon Brown that was responsible for 150 stealth taxes in the past year or so? I feel so much safer now. Or I would if, along side all this millions are immigrants are flooding into this tiny island, while the armed forces are steadily dismantled.
Thanks Tony Blair, you ()!!!
