STILL nothing!

Just as well I'm not really ill, eh. I've been in hospital for well over a week and all I've had is the odd blood test that no-one seems to check unless I nag that for my own results.
Just as well I'm… Wait a minute, I'm in for a genuinely life threatening illness. Unchecked kidney failure will kill you. OK time to worry. I appear to be in a hospital without trained or caring medical staff!

hmmm
