« Link of the Month »

Introduction

I see that many great sites I never use browsers bookmarks - they get so unmanageably overpopulated as to be utterly useless for me. A number of the more interesting ones get linked to via my web pages in the vague hope they will still be there next time I check the link…

The rest, well, most of them can be considered regular haunts of mine so I don't really need to note them. Or I didn't. Partly my memory is shot, but mostly I've come to realise that while I take such deposits for granted, many of my peers are sifting the watery torrents of the Internet for gold dust, unaware of the rich veins a click away.

Poetic eh. But so true, I've know techies drool when I've pointed them to resources like HighRanking.com and Processlibrary.com. Anyway in this section I will gather the priceless few that are my personal favourites or that are so good are to get unequivocally recommended by me.

In a typical month I will visit thousands of sites following news trails, snippets of code and amusing anecdotes. In a typical month I won't find anything new worthy of my vote… Enough said.

May 2005

If you like "Dungeons & Dragons" you just have to read this comic strip: Order of the Sticks
It is hilarious. Really. #20 had me in bulk, tears rolling my face. Classic!
