Notes for vendors, manufacturers and their PR agents.

I am interesting in hearing from anyone with computer or photographic equipment, software or books for review, testing, appraisal and/or promotion. This includes press releases - mailed and emailed.

A typical review will include first impressions, notes on installation, problems (if any) and how they were resolved, plus product photos and screenshots, as appropriate. The length of any article will be relative to my expertise in that field and to the nature of the product. The comments / rating / evaluation will be totally honest and, as much as I am able, will be relative to the target market.

In simpler terms, don't expect a thesis for a mouse, or a glowing report for a budget router that needs a CCNP to configure! A quick look at this site, and the range I happily cover myself should give you a good idea of what to expect as a minimum. Use the contact page to reach me in the first instance.

I do have a web site I am developing specifically aimed at support information for computer dealers, VAR's, consultants and distributors (globally) and I dare say some of this will cross over nicely. This is a few months off yet but will, I guarantee, be worth the wait!

Once I have everything else settled in here I will start doing reviews, getting the ball rolling by looking at a few Belkin UPS's, an Antec Sonata case, a few Netgear Routers and Creatives S750 speakers I've got snaking round the room.
