Our acknowledgement of others copyright and trademarks.


Ackadia is rather a large site with thousands of pages, all told. Given I write, update and manage it as time, health and my moods dictate, I often may not dot every 'i', so to speak. The copyright notice on the bottom of every page reflects and aplies to my original ideas, content and views - it does not, in any way, seek to claim rights to anyone elses intellectual property.

Naturally such copyright does not apply or extend to extracts, copies of press releases or related, most if not all are, or should be marked up appropriately with citations and blockquotes as appropriate.

For instance while I may for example write:

'Duel Core Intel Itanium 2 inside'

I acknowledge this should really be written:

'Duel Core Intel© Itanium© 2 inside™'

Naturally this applies across the board to other companies and products from Microsoft to Seagate to Epson to Nikon to…

All other copyright and trademarks are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.


Taking the recently added Guild Wars guide as an example:
