I found Dev-PHP in one of my Lockergnome newsletters and I thought I'd share. At just 754kb it's tiny but it's really rather nice. There's no whistles and bells and, as yet no libraries to insert, but what it will do is run your code in a window to see if it works - and it's GNU public domain too. Nicely done that man!

BUT, beta or no, it never installed properly and despite being installed for at the most 5 minutes appears to have ripped a hole in my firewall - thank you very much. NOT
Whether or no this package is to blame, I've put it as over 95% sure to be the cause of some no-mark using my details for a wholly unsavourity spam mailshot. Hanging is too good for these people, but I'll accept it as a first option.
My opinion? Don't touch this product with a bargepole!
