Unless stated otherwise wise Outland recipes require level 35 items for enchanting
As a rule, BoP drop from static mobs, BoE are world drops.
There are claims a number of high level enchantments can dropped as BoP Kael'this in Magister's Terrace. Even if true, the drops are random and such a low drop rate as to be meaningless.
MENU:
- Levelling 1 to 375 in Enchanting
- Armour and Weapons Enchantments - sorted by type, e.g. Defence, Stamina, Healing
- Enchanting formula sold by traders and vendors (BoE)
- Azeroth enchanting formula (1-300) sorted by from farmable mobs, world drops and mobs in instances. (BoE)
- Outland enchanting formula (300-375) sorted by world drops (BoE) and farmable mobs, reputation and instances (BoP)
- Northrend enchanting formula (375 to 450) to come
- Rare Twink Enchanting formula (290-300) from reputation and Raids (BoP)

Enchanting glow effects on weapons

Agility enchants gives a green glow
Intelligence enchants gives a yellow glow
Impact and Striking enchants gives a blue glows
Beast, Elemental and Demon Slayer enchants have red glows, as does Fiery, obviously
Icy weapon is naturally a white glow.
Lifestealing has a purple glow effect
Unholy has two green orbs (skulls actually) circle around the weapon, trailing a green glow.
